By using this Site or purchasing products from Bouvardia Coffee, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of any changes.

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the exclusive property of Bouvardia Coffee or its content suppliers and is protected under intellectual property laws. 4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bouvardia Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the claim.

Arbitration Agreement

1. Mandatory Binding Arbitration

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any products or services from Bouvardia Coffee will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

2. Venue and Procedure

Arbitration shall take place in the state and county of Bouvardia Coffee’s principal place of business unless otherwise agreed. Each party will be responsible for their own legal fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

3. No Mass Arbitration or Class Actions

You agree that arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis. Mass arbitration, class actions, and representative actions are strictly prohibited. Claims may not be consolidated with those of others without written consent from all parties. If this section is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision is null and void.

Refund & Return Policy

We want every Bouvardia Coffee experience to exceed your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your order, please review the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Orders not received

  • Dissatisfaction with product quality (evaluated case-by-case)

To qualify, requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@bouvardiacoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Certain items may be marked as non-refundable, including:

  • Opened coffee bags

  • Subscription orders after shipment

  • Sale or promotional items

These will be identified at the time of purchase.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Email info@bouvardiacoffee.com with your order number. If the order has shipped, follow the return process above.

7. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.
